Here is an image I created for Rick Mercer's Photo Challenge today. The original picture is here. Not sure who the political figure is--perhaps someone who watches TV might inform me--but the body of the picture belongs to Iron Maiden's lead singer Bruce Dickinson.

I believe that's John Baird, "our" newly minted Minster of the Environment. Perhaps he could be belting out "2 Minutes to Midnight", given that we're just about there on the doomsday clock, with assistance from warming-deniers like the present government.

Ah yes, Harper's much touted "pit bull" makes sense now. It's quite possible he's singing "Two Minutes to Midnight" but as a member of Harper's government he's just as likely to be belting "Powerslave," since his leash is still held short on the whim of "our" merciless modern day Osiris.
